Can I used MK808BT for BMW oil reset? Is there any update for this?

    I just had my oil change for my BMW X1 Xdrive 20d 2016 model. But when I used the MK808BT for resetting the oil maintenance interval the date did not change. Is this model capable of resetting my BMW?
